You are better than the best,
Yet you pull away from me,
So now I am walking away,
Life isn't just about waiting,
The sun rises each day,
The tide ebbs and flows,
Goodbye my dear....

Life isn't about delusions,
For a while we might be blinded,
In the midst of the confusion,
The bright and glitzy light,
Throws us off our balance,
Only to leave us feeling,
Drained and depleted...

You are better than the best,
But you didn't take the time,
To learn to understand me,
Yet in those short weeks,
I learnt all I could about you,
Now life has shown me another road,
So Goodbye my dear....

I still love you my dear,
But I am hitting the road,
I am going to set sails,
The ocean is wide and vast,
So many faces to see,
So many places to go,
Maybe a man or a woman or two,
So Goodbye my dear....

I hope that you know,
That I still love you,
I still care for you,
And yet you choose,
To encroach away turning blind,
So I am moving on along the road,
As the wheels of my life turn,
Stay safe my dear friend,
Here is my final declaration,
I love you and will always love you,
But Goodbye my dear...

A thousand words exchanged,
Yet at times I think it is only sound,
A loud clanging and banging,
Without syllable or phonetic.

At times I feel,
Like I am talking to a wall,
As inanimate as it may seem,
Words falling upon a vacuum.

A sorrowful heart,
A depth of a dying soul,
Despite unraveling my soul,
From it's packaging for you.

I am still left,
In that dark place,
You never took the chance,
To bother to get to know me.

No one knows how much,
It hurts to try to share,
Yourself with another,
And only to get a goodbye...

May lady night come swiftly,
And embrace me in her arms,
May darkness hold me,
Tight in his arms,
Engulfed in a spiral of no return,
Sheer pitch black emotions....

My Black, Black Heart,
Yearns and longs,
In a soot filled room,
Drowning in a black, black sea,
Cold and damp in tears,
My soul covered in shadows...

Alone, shadowed and creeping,
Watching from a corner,
As my Black Heart dies,
From the coldness,
Of your words and actions,
My Black, Black Heart dies...

In this solemn hour,
Upon darkness,
Rests the tired wings,
Of a fluttering heart,
In the depths,
Brooding emotions stir,
Upon a cold heart,
A melting of snow,
From a chilled soul,
The burning desire,
So strong it drives,
The awaken spirit,
To seek the light,
Burning down on it,
The glow of warmth,
Invoking raw feelings,
Deep within this -
Caged up heart,
A random flutter,
Of emotion,
That burns deep,
Cuts to the core,
Of thy weaken soul,
Oh, my Muse!
If thy only know,
How much you,
Have melted,
My cold, cold heart,
Awaken my senses,
Arisen my spirit,
From it's slumber,
It's rest of death,
To a fluttering lightness,
Alive and full of life,
Fleeting with brightness,
How I crave it,
How I long for it,
The very light touch,
Of your soul's light,
Oh, my Muse!
I cherish thee,
From now till the end,
Till earth's end...
My emotions belong,
Entirely to you,
You are the light,
In my dark depths...

In the solemn hour,
From depths of darkness,
Brooding emotions grow,
A flood of intense passion...
This is the essence of Goth...

Heart beating,
A Million beats a second,
A fleeting fluttering beat,
A skipping in between beats.

A sudden rush of emotions,
Adrenaline rising to excess,
Palms sweating & shivering,
Eyes tearing from feelings.

My mind races,
Filled with a million thoughts,
I fear of what might happen,
If one wrong decision was made.

The sound of your breath,
Makes my heart tingle,
The feel of your breath,
Causes me to shiver.

The sound of your voice,
Lightens my heavy heart,
Anytime I am at doubt,
Your voice lightens the burdens.

The touch of your skin,
Makes my heart sing,
Your fingers on my skin,
Puts my soul at ease.

I want to entwine,
My hands in yours,
That is what my heart,
Yearns and longs for from you.

My soul feels at ease,
In your presence and sight,
I feel safe and secure with you,
I am me when I am with you.

Your mind stimulates mine,
The ideas you share with me,
Makes my mind think further,
It makes me want to join your mind,
To share both dreams and hopes.

If only you knew,
How much you mean to me,
How much you make my heart sing,
How much my soul feels for you,
How much my spirit feels it needs you...

A petal falling to the ground,
Dragged down by gravity,
Constant pulling on the strings,
A broken chord in a song,
A stolen memory in a thought...

The sound of glass breaking,
A noise in a moment of silence,
A rapport in the still air,
A ripple on the surface of still waters,
A drop of blood from a beating heart...

A shatter of a mirror,
The idea of who we are,
The moment of individualism,
The slow demise of a life,
The bleeding broken heart,
That dies without knowing...

A meeting of hearts,
A mind so synchronized,
A bonding of souls,
Torn apart from veils,
Thrown in rough waters,
Sudden death by drowning...

One life starts,
And another ends,
May the catalyst renew,
One or the other,
To gladly give all I have,
To hold a bird with open hands...

A withering rose -
In a snow covered garden,
A heart in pieces,
Torn by two hands,
A love whisper,
Silenced to muteness...

A slow death -
With open arms embraced,
Upon white sheets -
I lay to rest in silence,
As I welcome a slow death -
With the lost of it all....
